Shawn’s areas of interest include organizational analysis, policy analysis & implementation, culture diagnosis, and change initiatives. With a background in business development and research, Shawn’s recent assignments have involved linking policy-making practices and outcomes to organizational culture, assisting research on a contingency model for implementation, analyzing the leadership and high performance management systems of an international leisure company, and acting as a ‘change agent’ for a media broadcast organization undergoing major restructuring.
He has been educated in North America and the EU, which has given him a cross-cultural insight of the changing structure of the workforce and prescriptions for contemporary management. Shawn has also led a team to assess the impact of the recently EU mandated work councils and presented at the annual industrial relations conference in The Hague. Shawn's MSc Organizational Analysis & Strategic HRM further compliment his work. His undergraduate work focused on policy analysis and institutional governance. Currently he is undertaking a PhD in policy analysis and administration.
