Pam Aikman, BA, MSc, MALT
Pam is dedicated to the pursuit of organizational and leadership excellence and the exploration of possibility. She brings energy, passion, authenticity and 15 years of senior leadership experience. She has lead large scale strategic and change initiatives with budgets exceeding $40 to $200 million dollars and involving 500 to 2000 employees. Her areas of specialty are leadership development, systems, organizational change and ethics in organizations.
Pam Aikman embraces continuous learning. She has a Masters of Leadership from Royal Roads University and she is now associate faculty in Graduate Studies at Royal Roads, teaching in both the Leadership and MBA programs.
Pam strives for the necessary balance in life and can be found hiking the northshore mountains or cycling.
