She has been directly credited for leading unprecedented results in an organizational change initiative that increased revenue in a single quarter by 300% and continued to increase sales thereafter. One of her current clients has directly credited her for enabling them to increase revenue by 50% and secure several multi-million dollar contracts as a direct result of her executive coaching.
Kristen Buckley has a natural aptitude for seeing simplicity in complex situations and has a unique ability to influence and align resources towards a cause to drive results. Currently, she is completing her Masters in Leadership at Royal Roads University in addition to her coaching certification and holds an undergraduate degree in Honours Business Administration.
