Annie Cousland is passionate about supporting people in organizations to work and live to their greatest potential. Annie spends the majority of her time working with Leaders and teams to create values-based cultures that support and sustain relationships and corporate goals.
Working in both the private and public sectors, Annie brings more than 15 years of experience working as a leader, a coach, a trainer, and a change management specialist. Areas of focus include, custom designing and delivering leadership programs as well as supporting leaders and their team members through large scale change initiatives.
Annie has a MA Counselling Psychology, and spent her undergraduate years studying business, sciences and theology. She is certified in Clear Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and has extensive experience in mediation, conflict resolution and coaching.
